Today 9/9/22 we were ordering at the counter and a manager was called to help with a coupon. Manager was really quite mean to... the register worker. "We are low on spuds." Worker said "oh ok. I have 2 on this current order is that ok?" The answer was"yes but if you let anyone else order one I will write you up." In all seriousness! Uncomfortable situation to witness. McAlister's in Jacksonville lives up to other expectations delivered by the chain. If you've been to a McAlister's before, you... won't be disappointed. If you haven't, this is a sandwich shop that has excellent clubs and sides, but they are especially knownfor their sweet tea which is excellent. It is comparable to Quiznos, although I would say it's a bit better in terms of food andatmosphere. Read more
While in Jacksonville visiting my daughter, I ate here twice. I did not have to wait either time. The second time was right at... lunch, and although there were people in line, it moved quickly. The service was friendly and the food was great. I willdefinitely eat here again next time I visit. Read more
When it comes to finding a good resteraunt in Jacksonville most of the time you will find yourself going through a drive thru or... sitting down to enjoy greasy food. This place offers basically only healthy options! My go to will always be the McAlisters ClubWrap and the chicken salad. If you haven't been here or have just passed by, I would recommend stopping in and grabbing a biteto eat. Great experience compared to the Springfield stores. Food was great, as always, but the great customer service was something we... haven't experienced for awhile. An employee checked to make sure everything was alright at our table and later the manager,Bradley, came over and checked on us. This is a very nice, well-kept, store and all the employees were nice and customeroriented. It is worth the drive just for the positive atmosphere and nice, clean store. Read more
I ate there 11 12 22, The place was swamped with dirty table's because of short staff. The Manager did a excellent job keeping... everyone happy and the food was delicious and he deserves praise ???? he doesn't own the place but worked his fanny off.
