I went through the drive thru with my boyfriend and one of the employees made fun of his appearance by calling him Jeffrey... Dahmer. Got to the drive through at 10:12am to order breakfast and didn?t get to order until 10:32am because of slowness, so I wasn?t... able to order breakfast. I just ordered an iced coffee instead, and when I got it the drink was full of little coffee groundsfloating around in it. This place is amazingly bad. The 5 most recent times I've gone I've gotten cold unsalted fires and every time my order was... wrong. It amazing how bad they can screw up an order. Also it is ran by high school kids sitting on their phones at the window.Butchered my order and had no joke 7 high school kids staring at me while they all did nothing. Read more
It was worse experience I have ever had at a McDonald?s. I walked in and ordered and was given order #251 for 1 sausage egg... McMuffin meal w coffee. They never called my number. When the number on the board and being called was 256 I inquired. Theyoung lady went to back then handed me a bag and yelled to someone else to get the coffee. While waiting for the coffee anothercustomer came in for a pick up. Her number was not ready which she thought was unusual because it was only 2 biscuits. She askedwas your order #251? And read off sausage egg muffin meal with coffee? And handed me a bag closed up with that number on it. Ileft with both bags. The one the employee handed me had an egg McMuffin in it. No sausage no hash brown. The bag that thecustomer handed me with my order number and proper order on it had two biscuits in it No coffee. Waited in the curbside pick up for over 20 minutes. Finally I had to call the store. Whoever answered the phone did not care at... all, so I told her to just go ahead and cancel the order. It's seams that the last few times we've been through our local McDonald's they have forgotten to give us part of our order.... We are already paying higher prices for the food not to mention gas.
