Common sense is gone, pulled up to drive thru a few minutes after our order was supposed to be ready, told they had an issue and... it would be 10 minutes or so. Paid for pizza, and then came back 10 min later and was told our food was cold and they had tocook it again and it would be another 10 min. Huh?? Where the hell did the order go?
