I came to the store today, one employee was in before 9:30 am and the other came at 9:45 am, sign on door says restaurant to... open at 10:00 am. Waited until 10:15 am. Two Employees are in and seeing us standing outside waiting for them to open therestaurant door and other customer knocking on door for 15 mins to open and completely ignored them and us. A senior woman witha walker knocked on the door, employees saw her and ignored her, left her standing. This store lost at least 6 customer becauseof these two lazy employees. Opening 15 mins after there advertised time how can I trust them preparing my food. Read more
Service was unbelievably bad... Never in my life has my subway been this bad. We ordered online and they did not put the right... things. It was also very soggy. They literally dropped almost everything they touched Istg. Read more

Good food. Great prices. The door says masks required, but, being a small restaurant, there is only so much you can expect.
Subway is a convenient place to eat when traveling long distances. Unlucky me, this is the one i happened to stumble upon. I... understand theres a pandemic but you guys put reflective, translucent plastic wrap on the counter so I couldnt see the menu orthe face of the only person working there, to hide her shame I would assume. on the plastic words along the lines of "do nottouch the plastic, PLEASE". The A in please was very obviously scribbled out separately from the rest of the word leading me tobelieve child labor is involved in this establishment. The worker had a not-so-nice attitude. I wouldn't count it againstsomeone normally, since I don't know what they're going through, but she has made me less sympathetic with questions such as"What kind of salad dressing would you like?" only to reveal there's nothing but ranch. I guess the pity party costed an extraten bucks to witness than what it's worth, because a basic salad with no dressing and a footlong with the wrong bread costed$19. Read more
My son went in and asked for a sandwich and when that order was complete he said he needed to order two more. The lady working... sighed at him and said whatever. Then proceeded to charge him too much. When I called to complain she acted like she had no ideaof the specials. I asked for the managers name and she gave me a fake name. I asked for the owners name and she gave me a fakename. I wish I could give zero stars. Ridiculous Read more
The food was fine but the service was terrible. The two employees were sitting in separate tables on their personal phones when... we walked in. We were the only two people in the place at about 2:30 pm. We stood at the counter waiting for a few minutesbefore one person got up from a table to help us. The entire time she acted like we were bothering her as customers. As soonas she rang us up she went back to the table and sat down with her phone. By far the best Subway in , the Springfield / Jacksonville area. Service is always great and food is always fresh. Try to go... after 4 when Maddi is working she will make you the best sandwich you?ve ever had I guarantee it. Read more
