My dad and I went through and he forgot his wallet so we asked them to put the food aside and we would come back to pay for it... and without hesitation, the manager told us not to worry about it and took care of our food for us. Such amazing customerservice and such a nice thing to do. We will for sure be back! Read more
Pulled off the highway at 1:32, in the drive through line at 1:39. Received our food at 2:08. Yes, we could have left, and that... was our bad, but more than half of the waiting was AFTER our order had been placed and we didn?t want to drive off and leavefood unpaid for. I'm not sure what has happened to this location in recent years. Back in the day, they were fast and accurate and got you in... and out in a short amount of time. Now, they have long wait times, long drive thru lines. It would be nice if they returnedthis Wendy's to having the great service they used to provide. Read more
Hamburger was dry and burned. Food on floor in multiple places. Food trays with leftover food on tables. Many tables with crumbs... on them. Not impressed at all. Lost a customer. (PS. They were not busy at all.) Read more

Wanted to try the vaunted "HIFRI" ... I ordered a medium fries from the drive thru and was asked to move up to the door as the... fries needed a few more minutes. I moved up and a few minutes later my order was in my truck, I parked long enough to open thebag take out the napkins, dump the fries into the bag and curl the bag top open before taking my first fry... I was both happyand disappointed. I could really taste the potato, but it was so salty. Read more
