As bad as Zach at customer service is at his job, he wasn?t lying when he said he could recite the entire Taco Bell menu by... heart. Took a while, but he finally got it. I?m thrilled to have one of these in Jacksonville, even if it?s in a gross mall (you can come and go without ever seeing the... mall). Don?t expect bargains, but this is the place to go if you need a specific copy of a book or want something in a unique orhandsome format. Read more
Part of the mall but has its own entrance so their hours are better! Very well stocked, well organized, clean, smells great like... new books, and has a coffee/pastry shop in it. Read more
Our family enjoys visiting the local Barnes and Noble wherever we go in any state, in person or online. The associates are... always knowledgeable and helpful, there is always a good selection of just about everything coffee included! We love it andusually make this location our go-to place when entering the Jacksonville mall...plus it opens before any other store in themall. Have fun! Read more

One of the best physical stores to buy records, oh they also sell books, CDs, DVDs, they have a kids section, they even have a... Starbucks located within. I mean what don?t they have? Aside from the usual Barnes and Noble stuff, most of the stores arepretty much the same so I?ll talk about the staff since that?s the main variable. They were very helpful, knew where to findthe book I was looking for and were pleasant and welcoming in demeanor. Great military book section that has some Marine Corpsdoctrine publications.
