I got to the Western location at 8:10pm with 5plus employees working the store. Right off the bat I waited at least 5 minutes to... receive only half of my order girl at the window brought order to window and then never handed it out to me then had me pullaround and I have now been at the store for almost 30 minutes what should be a quick turnaround was over half an hour in thestore alone. I can see that the Baskin and Robbins in this area is kinda busy,and the customer service is slow,and I think there was a woman... with downsyndrome that works there,I?m happy they give an equal opportunity to people with downsyndrome to live,work and learnthe society outside,My order took so long and they forget about it,but somehow I am happy with the service. So I don't always have a taste for ice cream, however when I do I only go to one place and that's Baskin Robbins. For the many... different choices of ice cream and toppings. Walked in and decided what we wanted. Stood and waited forever to even be acknowledged. No other customers inside store but... there was 6 workers. Older man finally asked we were waiting to be served then said the cashier would be with us in a fewminutes. Waited for another 7 minutes with no one taking our order so we left. Edited to add we went to Cold Stone Creamerywhich was busy but we were welcomed and waited on very quickly. Ice cream was excellent also. Read more
9 times out of 10 this store has handed me my purchase just like this and worse. I a so tired of it! How does it not compute... that if it is running down your hand then it will run down my hand and on to anything it touches in my car?!? I just knew iwould get a bag this time since i had to pull up. She would surely not bring both of them to me in her hands. I was shocked whenshe did! I will always eat B&R, but i will not buy from you again when you hand me my items dripping and or not in a bag!
