They don't serve waffle fries with breakfast, which on Chick-fil-a Corporate website says they are served all day. They also say... they are the most popular menu item hands down. The person at the window was amazing. This facility tends to be packed. The issue is how they have it set up. It's not... efficient, however the workers do their best and move fast. They also keep it clean, which is great. Whoever designed thisfacility though, had a horrible idea. I do recommend this particular facility, due to the staff. Read more

This place is NOT worth going to. You will EASILY spend 30 minutes in line and they?ll still forget half your order. Take your... precious time and go elsewhere. Correction**** Ended up being in line for 40 minutes. When you get to the front you will seethere?s about 14 people in the place but only three people working. As usual, this location by the mall was packed! But, as usual, the crew got orders and food out in a timely and professional... manner. There were at least 10 workers in there getting things done. The only complaint is the fries weren't quite cooked allthe way and were slightly mushy. Also, the food is great but 35 dollars for 4 fast food meals is a bit on the pricy side. Read more

Placed online order to be ready at 12:45 for an office meeting. When I get here, I am told 3 times they don?t have the order. ... The manager walks up shows her they do have the order. The manager then turns to me to let me know that it will be 20-30minutes to prepare it because it is during lunch time. Once the food finally arrives to my car they forgot half the orderwaiting another 10 minutes. At this point I am told ?sorry for the wait, we didn?t start preparing your order until youarrived. Normally I would give this place 5 stars but this morning was unacceptable. This morning I ordered a chicken bowl meal and a... 4ct. Chicken minis and bottle of water. When I got to the window I knew the price was wrong. Now I know everything is going upin price so I waited for the receipt. When I got it I looked at it and I told the woman at the window that I only ordered andneeded 1 of the 4ct. Chicken minis. She looked at me and said are you sure you don't want to keep them? I told her no thank youmy daughter will not eat them and I had already had my breakfast. And she was like well you can keep them and warm them up fortomorrow morning. Then she rolled her eyes and told me if you really want I could have them refund it. So I told her you knowwhat no thank you I will just take them. Now I don't like being pressured into taking something I don't want and I normally Iwould say something but there was a line behind me so I just decided to keep it moving. But I will be contacting either the homeoffice or corporate office about this unprofessional behavior. Read more
