Our server was great! Food exceptionally good, hot & quick. Weird thing was the door was locked at 1049 am. So weird. We saw... people inside but couldn't get in. After 10 mi utes a manager unlocked the door. Read more

As usual I love Alex's Burger. Ask for the sauce on the side. Instead of fries (yes, they are delicious) I ask for a healthy... substitute...the side salad. I prefer to sit on the bar side as the service seems faster. Wait staff are great! Read more
Waitress kept talking about leaving for a trip she was going on. She sucked!!! Took our order didn't write down a thing went to... the next table took their order came back about 10 mins later and asked for our order again saying she forgot it and should havewrote it down. Some random guy from the kitchen brought 2 drinks and forgot the other as did the waitress. Took about 45 minsfor food to come out and it wasn't good at all!! Should have save our money and picked up some fast food. She kept calling mygranddaughter sissy. NOT OKAY!! No napkins, no drink refills really the service sucked. Way to worried about telling her"regulars" about her trip out of town and her dogs staying with a friend. You can find better employees that will enhance thedining experience for your restaurant. Had a good experience at this Chili's the hostess was polite and attentive. The waiter was great also but seemed to be taking... alot of orders because he got a drink wrong and order an extra of another but no big deal. He was polite and attentive as well.The food was as expected from a place like Chili's. Went here because it wasn't too busy and glad I did. Read more
Great service. Great people, but the food was sub-par . The chili was thick and more suited for a chilli dog than inside a bowl... to eat. The Mex bowl was good, like a 4 out of 5. Not the worst, yet not the best place the rest at. Read more
Overall I had a great experience! The restaurant is very clean and presentable. The staff is courteous and respectful. I found... the bartenders to be very interactive and great to talk to! The food came out fresh and hot just as I expected! No complaintsfrom me, would definitely visit again! Read more
I've probably eaten at over a dozen Chili's over the years, and this is like any other. That isn't to say this is a bad... thing! Food is good, margaritas are always good and the service is on par with every other chain restaurant you will visit. Mywife and I come here every few weeks and will continue to do so!
