I hate to write this because I love Chipotle and i don?t usually have a problem with them. Their food is great! However, my past... few experiences have been disappointing, especially tonight. Before I personally ordered my own meal from Chipotle, I was theredelivering their orders via DoorDash. The wait times have become ridiculous, and their To-Go line has become very disorganized.During my time inside tonight tho, I could see they had plenty of chips ready to go on the shelf. So when I ended my dash,(after completing my orders of course), I went to go order my dinner on the Chipotle app. Chipotle is pretty good with updatingtheir app when an item is unavailable, but not tonight apparently. As far as I was aware, according to the app as well,everything was well in stock. I ordered chips and queso and got none but an IOU card saying my next visit I?ll get free chips. Iappreciate that gesture but what I?m also very conflicted about is why when I ordered a burrito for my husband, it came in abowl and not wrapped in a tortilla like a burrito should be? Needless to say, we were not happy with our order tonight,especially for what we paid for it online. Read more

Waited in line for 20 minutes because only 1 of the 8 staff in the restaurant was filling orders for the 11 or 12 people in... line. I watched multiple people pay for their food with a card and then miraculously when after almost 25 minutes and my foodwas done and I made it to the register, the restaurant became cash only. The cashier had absolutely no resolution for the issueand called the next person in line to the register. I love Chipotle and eat it frequently, but this was the absolute WORSTcustomer service experience I've ever had. Read more

ordered on 1¢ guac day and made 2 orders of about $20 just to receive a bowl full of meat water and plastic in the guac.... ordered on the app and rated it asking for someone to contact me but haven?t been contacted since. staff is always rude and thestore is always messy/dirty. Read more

I love chipotle used to be very fast until you get to this store. They are slow and service is different every time. You get a... worker with a heavy hand the next time your like well this bowl is tiny. I just want consistent service. A lot of times I?vebeen to this location and i just see a lot of workers standing around looking like lost children all while the line is to theback door and no one is serving food it?s is just annoying. Personally, I don?t write reviews but this honestly was just the cherry on my sundae. It?s a timed order for 1:20 and we get... there and they didn?t start it because they were out of tortillas. Okay that?s cool but they didn?t make any of the order atall. There was not call to ask what we could substitute and such. To go further we get to the car and look and make sureeverything is correct but to be let down again is a bummer. One of the bowls is missing about everything that is supposed to goin it.They got maybe two things out of the entire order right so congrats to that! We were missing an entire bowl, a messed upbowl that got things that I personally didn?t want and kids meals that are not what we wanted and only to add the rotten orangethey expected me to feed my one year old. Now none of this included some attitude from the lady in the front working theregister. I went back inside and told them that i was missing plenty of things and they did fix the mistakes made so that wasgood but it could have been avoided completely. Finally got out of there around 1:50 though. As a manager at a high volume store, This store is missing a lot ranging from communication, to smiling happy employees in a good working environment, and evenintegrity to feel comfortable handing a customer an order that is incorrect and incomplete with a rotten orange. To conclude , Iwould say ?Needs Improvement?. Read more

Two hours before closing there is no food. We are not given any white rice because they apparently reserved it for ONLINE orders... only. This is absolutely unacceptable. I could not order food, it was horrendous. The kitchen was disgusting, there was trapmusic playing, and the cleanliness was below acceptable standard. Read more

Where do I begin: 1) This location always has a 10-15 minute wait on at least one of its meats. On my last visit there was a 15... minute wait on steak. On my prior visit it was 10 minutes on chicken. 2) They were out of lettuce on their front line on mymost recent visit. 3) I had to clean and sanitize my own table and chairs otherwise there would have been no where to dinein. 4) No one wears hair nets as they should and as a result I found a long brown hair in my food. (Look below the fork in thepicture and you should be able to see it. On a positive note, they did refund me for my full order after I informed them aboutthe hair and that?s the only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of 1. Read more

I come here a few times a month, and as of recently there has always been small problems with my order such as forgetting to put... certain items in my bowl, having less than the actual portion of chicken, etc. As of today, I received old guacamole. I knowavocados turn brown after time and can potentially still be ok to eat, but this guacamole was old, tasted old almost like abitter taste. I included a picture to compare the ?green? color of the guac and lettuce. The rice in my bowl was alsoundercooked, having a crunch in each bite. And the cilantro used seemed to not been washed since it had a ?dirt? taste, kind ofhard to explain but if you eat cilantro on a regular, you know it does not and should not taste like that. Read more
