I placed an order online for the Reese?s peanut butter cupcakes. Only reason I gave this many stars was due to my boyfriend... liking them sense he is a Reese?s person in general, they were for his birthday, What I did not like was how long it took to getsome help, especially sense it was an online order, was already paid for etc. after standing there for about 15 minutes Ifinally was able to get some help, granted on my own. Called and bought a Mother?s Day cake for a Mother?s Day get together we were having with our mother and our God Mother. After... we pulled it out, we saw it said ?Happy Mothday Day.? We called to inform them they messed up and they didn?t believe us andhonestly was just rude. The female that answered the phone said she wrote it herself and she knew she wrote it right. I haveuploaded a picture of the cake to the photo section of this Google listing. It?s clearly wrong. But instead of correcting theirerror, they denied it. We were the only customers in the store for 15 mins and never got served! First I asked if they could accommodate someone with a... peanut allergy and was told yes, she just needed to clean everything. 5 minutes later she then said they could no longeraccommodate due to a customer the day before. My husband and I continued to place our orders with 2 different employees. Severalminutes later we realized that they had not even scooped our ice cream out. The freezers were so cold the ice cream were blocksof ice. So much time was wasted we had to leave before getting any ice cream. Read more
