We visited Cracker Barrel on Thanksgiving as a last minute decision. We checked in on the website and was seated within 15... minutes. The food was great! Our server was super nice. I ordered to go dinner from here today. I ordered the chef salad it was good, but they forgot the cheese. That is one problem... at this location. If you order take out, you have to check your order carefully because they forget items frequently. The staffis always friendly, and the store part is always stocked with cool stuff. The manager working was incredibly rude. We came in with a very large party, we put a few tables together, and instead of... coming over and letting us know in a polite way that we couldn't put our tables together, he came over loudly, rudely, withoutexplaining anything just telling us "you can't do that " no explanation, no suggestion for what to do instead, nothing. Then gotour food out to us in record time as an attempt to get us out faster. As a result, half our food came out wrong, or undercooked. Our server Camryn was AWESOME. She was polite, patient, and I commend her on how well she handled the 15 personparty. So I went to this location last week and normally I have a pleasant experience. But unfortunately this time it wasn?t. Ordered... chicken and dumplings and it was nothing but big clumps of dough, got the peach cobbler and it was just okay and then got friedchicken and it was not good at all!!
