My step father accidentally placed an order and paid to this store which was the wrong store. He ended up calling this store and... spoke to the manager on shift Shannon she ensured him that his order would be transferred to the correct store! We waited overan hour for pizza we thought would be coming with 5 hungry children! I then called this location back and was told by the samemanager Shannon that she transferred the order to the correct store which in fact was a lie and she then admitted to actuallyonly canceling the order! She then had the audacity to get upset at us because she lied and said she transferred the orderhaving us think the order was coming. Would not recommend speaking with her about any issues as she?s very combative. Read more

Tried for 15 minutes to order a large pepperoni pizza on website with the 7.99 carry out coupon deal on their site. Tried 3... different payment options, all of which gave me an error message with their phone number to call if issues persists, it wouldn'tallow me to place it the order even using the pay at store option. After sitting across street fiddling with this for 15 minutesI call the store and tell them I just want to order a large pepperoni for carry out, and I tell the lady what I just outlinedabove, and she tells me she doesn't know anything about the app and they don't have any 7.99 pizzas only 9.99 and to check theexpiration because they put out new coupons two weeks ago etc etc. I read the coupon to her from the site. Told her it wouldn'tallow me to place order and just wanted to pickup a large pep since I'm right outside basically. She puts me on hold. Anotherguy gets on. Tells me basically there's nothing they can do to help me cuz their online ordering is a separate company. From thebeginning I simply asked the lady, who was the manager, what she suggest I do to be able to order the large pep for 7.99. Theywere not only extremely rude but really unhelpful, as the manager, she has the ability to just price change a large pep to 7.99n tax rather than argue with me and try to make me feel like I'm stupid for the error their site kept giving me. Will not orderfrom here again. I ordered lil Caesar's instead. Crazy how disgusting you get treated at places of business these days. Icouldn't imagine talking to people the way people talk to me at some of these restaurants/stores. Smh. Read more

Forgot my drink but when I called the driver came back with it. Pizza was good and staff was friendly.

This Dominos always gets my order right! We always have special requests and they have been on it. I think maybe twice I had to... get a redo however, It was very easy and I got the replacement very quickly!! I have been a customer of this location for atleast 5 years. That's loyalty and good service!! Read more

Michelle was very rude and unhelpful when all I asked was for my bread twists to be made fresh after two previous orders being... wrong, cold, and stale. I never raised my voice or gave her an attitude. She argued with me that there was no way I could havereceived stale bread because everything is made to order. Let me be clear that the only thing I asked for was for it to be madefresh. (Are paying customers not allowed to ask for fresh food in 2022???) My order was paid for and tip was prepaid online.All Michelle had to say was say "Sure!, no problem" but I guess arguing with customers and being defensive over bread is toppriority. She could definitely use some Customer Service training or be Fired. Mallory is helpful and Michelle could learn athing or two from him. Great customer service Mallory, I hope they hire you to be a manager soon...Speaking of manager. The"manager" then gets on the phone very abrupt and also very rude (Keep in mind all I asked for was fresh bread) condescendinglytelling me Mallory went on a delivery and was close to raising her voice asking me how she can help me. She never allowed me totell her what I was initially calling for so I just asked her to cancel my order. you guys....All of this over bread twists???? Very friendly place, would highly recommend! Ordered in parking lot and paid inside and took about 10 minutes. I got a Supreme... pizza and cheesey bread. Very fast!! Highly recommended. You go guys who were working the shift today. Everyone was nice. Read more
