Best tacos I've had in Jacksonville but the salsa they bring out with the chips in the beginning needs some love. The salsa... packed any texture variance or flavor and almost drove me out before I ordered but the food was well worth the stay and they didbring out some salsa that had some heat which was appreciated. The waitress was attentive and friendly and overall I'ddefinitely recommend this place for tacos in Jacksonville. The burritos looked awesome and I'll try them next time I go in forsure. Outside is unassuming, inside is small but clean. Our waitress was wonderful, she was SO nice. The tacos were delicious, the... kids burritos were good too. I lived in San Diego for a while so I've eaten plenty of legit Mexican food. THERE IS a difference in East and West coast... Mexican food and I like both for what they are. That said this place had a LEGIT California Burrito! This is only the secondplace outside of the West Coast I've had a Cali burrito that didn't make me wish I'd ordered something else. The burrito wasMASSIVE. I should have stopped at about half of it but I ate the entire burrito! The steak was tasty the fries were deliciousthe guacamole was excellent just a tad of.lettuce some beans and rice...and cheese! Awesomeness! Chips were warm, fresh andcrispy. Salsa was plentiful. They brought the salsa out to refill the bowls in a drink pitcher! Salsa was not hot and not toomild. Nothing to rave about but good enough I ate waay to much of it! I'll be back next trip to JVille!
