This is the craziest customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’m staying out of town with my cousin in a hotel & I get this... menu pushed under the door. The menu is huge & food sounds good so we order our food, the total is crazy expensive (almost $80for 2 people) but we were going to pay it anyways. We decide to look at reviews after just because of the price and we see howbad they are so we decide to call back and cancel the order (less than 5 min after we placed it) When we call to cancel, thegirl on the phone gets an attitude and hangs up on us. Soon after we get another call from an angry man who claims to be themanager cussing and yelling at us not to do that again or they’ll call the cops on us?? After that phone call ends we getANOTHER phone call from a man who’s number said Ohio, who also claimed to be the manager. He says that the guy we spoke yoearlier told him to call us and explain what happened? I have everything recorded and if I could link the videos I would. Such awild and unnecessary experience all over an order getting cancelled. But at the end of the day the entire “business” issketchy, rude, unprofessional, and an embarrassment. Abysmal. For *many* reasons: The rice was bland and (unlike other restauraunts of similar type) was literally just fried rice,... nothing else mixed in or anything. The chicken was not good either. I ordered sesame chicken but parts of it were chewy andoverall it just was poor for what it was. The egg roll *tasted* fine but was of a very small portion size compared to manyother places. The temperature of the food was oddly low despite them claiming the poor quality was because they were "busy"when the order was placed and delivering pretty quickly after the order was made. The order of food for 5 people totalled 56$and was bad enough that none of them ate the food, a complete waste. I am absolutely not ordering here again. It makes no sense how rude the female cashier is. She would tell you "10 more mintues... the driver on his way" and id wait another hour not kidding not overdoing it, i literally waited that long before calling again.I even asked for the drivers number and she goes "i dunno the driver number". If I could give no stars I would! The food quality is absolutely horrible. The rice tasted like it was super old or over cooked.... My orange chicken was slimy and not good. If I could give them negative stars I would. I’ll start off with the price. The menu did not match the actual price I ended up... paying. When I included taxes I paid almost $7 more than I was supposed to. The rice must’ve been at least 24 to 36 hours old.The pork was barely even a thing in my meal. The chicken seemed to have been made with expired ingredients. The lady had a tonof attitude on the phone and I should’ve cancelled my order when she was arguing with me about questions that I had. Ordered 45 mins before closing and my teriyaki chicken and wontons burnt to a crisp. I haven't eaten all day so imma eat what I... can but I'm not happy for the price and what I got.
