Quite literally our favorite restaurant in Jacksonville hands down. We order from them at least once a week. Whatever you want... from cheeseburgers to stromboli to different pastas they got it. Save your money from a fast food restaurant and get you acheeseburger and fries from this place literally the best cheeseburger in Jacksonville. It's a pretty big burger too. We juststarted eating their chicken fettuccine alfredo and have already had to order it two more times within the past week because itis that good. They give you good portion sizes so you're getting your money's worth. My husband always gets the Stromboli andthey are always attentive to the fact that he don't like mushrooms. They have the best fried mushrooms and the best fried dillpickles. I don't know what we're going to eat next on their menu but we are super excited about it. Thank you to all the staffat empire you guys do such a great job! Read more

Wow, I am so sorry, but, I was just somewhat disappointed. Let me explain, everything was great with the exception of the... product, our pizza crust was tuff with almost no sauce or cheese. We actually had to use knives and forks and chew like it wasthe toughest steak ever made. Sorry, I don't like writing bad reviews but something happened since our first visit, or this wasjust the norm. ???? Read more

Love the food. But it is an issue with fixing wrong orders. This is not light pep. I wanted to place another order for delivery... [picked up incorrect pizza my fault for not checking] with out delivery max $20. Wanted same pizza I ordered for $15. Was told"A regular pepperoni was ordered" I order 4-5x a week from here & I know what my family eats. Always same "lite pep" Basicallyfelt like I didn't matter as a customer. Read more

We ordered a supreme pizza, wings, fries, and cheese sticks. Everything was absolutely fresh and delicious. The wings were... especially meaty and tasty. They were so hot and fresh, my husband asked if they cooked them in the driveway. The drivers arealways super friendly, too. Definitely better than any other chain restaurants in the area. Thank you! I ate it this location for the first time on Tuesday September the 13th. The experience was very good. I would definitely eat... here again! Be aware, the slices are huge! That is a good thing! The pizza is awesome! You will not be disappointed. The staffwas very friendly, and I felt prices were fair for what you get. Don't be scared off by the price. You get your money's worthand then some! This isn't some cheapo all you can eat low quality pizza. This is good high quality pizza! And big old slices atthat! Eat here. You won't be disappointed! Will definitely be back here again. Read more

These garlic knots were hot and moist! The pizza was good too!. The bottom was cooked properly compared to most single slice... reheated pizza slices. The toppings were very flavorful as well. Will definitely comeback to try the calzone and wings Read more

Yummy pizza and subs! Customer service was also stellar! I look forward to trying the dessert options as well.

Bad service on NYE and no effort to make things right. Such a bummer. Shortly after 3pm I placed an online order for curbside... pickup at 530pm anticipating they were going to be busy. One stuffed pizza. Went ahead and tipped $5. Almost $30 spent with thetip. Arrived shortly before 530, called to let them know I was there. Micah answered and said it wasn't quite ready yet. Thiswas no problem as I said I was a few minutes early. There were not any customers in the store when I pulled up, but by 540 theywere packed, I still didn't have a pizza, and now my 2 year old was getting antsy. I called the store again and was put onhold.. understandable given all the customers in the store. After over 4 mins on hold I hung up and called back but the line wasbusy. I tried a couple more times, still busy. Our order was now over 15 mins late, and my 2 year old was now screaming, so Ijust got him out and we went in to see what was going on. I told them I had a curbside pickup for 530 that I hadn't gotten yet. They verified my name, and come to find out my pizza had been ready and sitting on top of the oven. They said they didn't know Iwas there. I told them, as this review starts out, that I had called when I got there and spoke to a Micah. They all said Micahdidn't tell them I was there. A girl brought my pizza out for me still which was very kind given my arms were full with mytoddler. She apologized multiple times for the mishap. It was a bummer though they didn't do anything besides apologizing to tryto make it better. By the time we left it was 5:50pm. 20 minutes past our order time. We were trying to support local but almost$30 for one pizza and no real effort to right the wrong.. we'll be going back to Little Caesars in the future for a lot lessmoney and on time orders. Also, not sure if this is normal of the stuffed pizzas but the cheese and toppings didn't come closeto the edge of the pizza. See pictures. Read more
