I was quite shocked and disappointed that this company in the mall in a military town no less charge us all a ?commodity... charge?.. to understand it fully I called and asked .. basically any order over 5.00 pays their shipping cost ?! For one personit is a small charge but that adds up with hundreds of people in and out of the mall.. we did not cause this shipping delay etcso why would they push their costs off on us.. we pay tax period not an cost they should be eating up - it?s their business -their profits .. Employees are so unprofessional. I called to place a cookie cake order for the next day and she tells me that she cannot take my... order because she?s working on a lot of orders. While assuring her that it?s for the next day she says, ?I can?t take yourorder, bye.? I?d give zero stars if I had that option. Read more
I love the cookies I get them ever time I?m at the mall but one of the employees that works there is very very unprofessional... every time go there she greets me and says I?m tired of seeing up here I know she?s probably joking but it?s unprofessionaltoday this lady had on a bonnet and she continues to greet me and my daughter the same way. The employees had the WORST attitude. I went to get cookies for me and my mom because we?re rarely able to go and the employees... were saying rude things about me as I stood right there. I decided not to buy anything and just leave. Read more
Cookies are okay, but doughy or just not all that tbh. The choc chip m&m was probably the best, but maybe bc it?s mostly choc... chip and m&m so not much dough to worry about probably. Snickerdoodle and birthday cake ones we also tried and just wasn?t allthat tasty. But I?ll leave it with 2 stars for now just bc at least the choc chip and m&m were decent and we haven?t triedobviously everything. Thank you, and I hope they get better, or maybe not rushed. Great American Cookies has been a mainstay in this mall for years. You can order the big cookie for special events, over-sized... and regular sized cookies. Like others, the more you buy the better the prices. The kids do like the various flavors, me thechocolate chip or oatmeal raisin. As a matter of fact get a dozen to go. Read more
Says they?re open but it?s always empty. It was empty back when they were open as well. Workers always talking or on the phones... but never had cookies out so no surprise really.. once I was there when the manager/owner was belittling her workers so wouldn?tbe surprised if that?s why? Read more
