This is our go to spot in Jacksonville for sushi and Ramen. My wife and I had our rehersal dinner here and had a wonderful time.... This was a pleasant surprise to me! The location wasn't what I expected from the outside area,... BUT the Habachi Chef was... PHENOMENAL!!!! He was very Professional, an Awesome cook with a great sense of humor who knew his audience very well. Thedinner was perfect and everything he did was great. Absolutely loved this place until it started going down in quality and customer service this year. Not sure if it?s just the... over turn of staff or new management. From multiple wrong orders, 2 negative in house experiences, and multiple employees beingabsolutely rude for no reason other than they?re busy and you have the audacity to eat in or order take out. My review is actually for the service. There was a perfect storm of things that happened to negatively impact our visit, which... was a huge let down for our 5 year old and I was without a doubt never visiting again. However, upon bringing this to themanagers attention, the customer service he provided was above and beyond & I will certainly be returning (with a cook in mindto request) because from 5 star to hole in a wall a restaurant is only as good as the food & the service, one without the otheris pointless.
