This is only portion size rating. Waitress was great. Concrete cup was only half full and that cup was even reduced in size.... Drink cups are smaller. Chicken Philly had little meat and the hamburger and bun looked like it was run over before we receivedit. Onion rings were so disappointing. They tasted like old grease was used. Because of the smaller portion sizes we will nolonger choose this restaurant to eat at. The thanks goes to the owner for your decision to reduce the portion sizes! Read more

Worst experience ever got there with a sign out front saying short staff but it was about 6 or 7 people in there more then I've... ever seen in there before. Waited 25 mins just to get a cold burger like ice cold. Server said they would take it off long storyshort. I go to pay the bill and it still have the burger on it then she tells me her manager gave me a discount. My burger mealcost 8.99 this dude gave a .93 cent discount. Are you freaking serious. If I could give this dump 0 stars I would. Waited 30+ minutes for pick up only to then be told that someone else had gotten my... order. Waited another 15 for the order only to then find out that the 24 oz orangeade was a 16 oz. Told me they didn't have 24oz even though the website still had the option. No compensation for wasted time and money after asking about it. So great. Paid$2 extra for nothing. Got home to have the burger and fries I've waited about an hour for only to find the patties were dry,buns were stale, onion rings were over cooked, and the toppings were either sparse or not there at all. I'm not going to botherfor a refund because it appears to me that management and organization just isn't present here. If you're considering Hwy 55just order Casa Mia or get Jeff's. There are a couple of burgers and fries type places around, but like all of them highway 55 has its own special taste to their... burgers. They also have platters and shakes and just all kinds of goodness. Diner / comfort / burger place, and they do them allright. Read more

I placed my order more than 30 mins before arriving. My food wasnt started until I got there. I ordered 4 orders of Chili Cheese... Fries and they all were undercooked. The fries tasted like raw potatoes. I requested a replacement. The replacement was broughtto my car. My daughter asked the waiter was all 4 orders in the bag. The waiter ensured us that they were. When we went throughthe bags there was only three and we had to wait furthermore for the last order. This process took nearly an hour even thoughthe order was placed ahead of time. Read more

They declined an online order...arrived and it was TOTALLY empty... went in person and the sanitation score is an 86. So... there's that. But the fried pickles came out hot, the orangeade is good still. My teenagers opinion: "it's dirty looking anddefinitely run down in a lot of places... all the seats are busted an torn. There's a lot of flies. The cheese fries aredecent." Edit to add... bread was stale. At first thought just toasted but tasted stale... chicken strips look overcooked inthe pic, and were. Tough to eat. Shrimp itself was good, fried pickles were good, and the orangeade was good. We probablywon't be back based on today's experience though. Not worth the price. No one even checked on us after taking our order so wecould let them know our concerns, no one brought a check after we were done.... we just sat there. We didn't even eat 1/4 of thefood if that tells you the quality. Guess we will GO ASK for our check, and will pass on to go boxes for sure. I stood at the counter while the host talk with the other two men in the back just laughing. After paying for my order, I... started taking pictures and another employee woman rudely ask did I need to be helped because I was taking pictures as if shewas ready for me to leave.
