Food was as expected, other than the chicken being a bit greasier than normal. Service was extremely friendly!
Drove to the drive thru ordered original 2 piece, was told they only had crispy and would have original in 25 minutes. I waited... for 25 minutes, visible in the parking lot. One of the employees yelled out of the drive thru window, asking what I was waitingfor. My son confirmed that we were waiting for original. I ordered via the app to ensure that I ?secured? my original pieces.Pull up to the window to order, then I am advised that they cannot fill my order because the original has been sold out again. Iask the young man if they are making more original and he says yes, but it will be 15 minutes. I told him we will wait, becausewe absolutely do not want crispy. At that time, a female employee is asking why we cannot just take one crispy wing. The youngman asks us to move up and wait. We wait for about 25 minutes, watch another car that was asked to wait, get their food, and theemployee makes a point not to acknowledge us. The lights to the restaurant are turned off, and a few minutes later, the youngman brings out our food and apologizes. This was my first time coming here, and it will definitely be my last! It was almost 10pm and the food I got seemed like it was old and been sitting out all day. Got 3 tenders that I couldn't even... eat bc they were old and chewy. The corn was so old and dried out. And plz tell me how a biscuit can be burned and chewy also. Ihaven't eaten KFC for many many yrs bc the food sucks but I tried tonight and it has not gotten better in the slightest!!!!Waste of money!! Read more

Big fan of the restaurant and I hope this is a fluke but my spicy chicken sandwich was undercooked. Chewy as heck and so sad... because I was looking forward to this all day. Sadness is upon me now. Jacksonville chicken sandwich makers please leave thepatties in the fryer as per the instructions the drive through only had one car in it. Read more
Chicken was over cooked. And greasy. Seems they were more concerned with gossiping than cooking.
Very clean lobby and bathroom. The cashier was very stale and sassy. I didn't like her tone especially with the elderly man she... was speaking to. Loved the food it was hot and fresh. I would have given more stars if there were smiles to greet us and nicerstaff. Read more
Staff is great, food is fresh, I'm usually there just before lunch at like 10:30 or so.
