i don?t typically complain when it comes to fast food having worked at wendy?s for a period of time. however, everytime i come... to this mcdonald?s i never get the sauce i order. in addition, the staff crams my entire $30 order into one bag. i get home andmy burgers are always smushed. the bag is filled to brim with everything tetris stacked inside. all i?m saying is, be mindfulhow you pack orders better yet just use more than one bag. i just don?t want smushed food. 2 large meals (big mac and 2cheeseburgers), a 20 piece nugget, and a 6 piece nugget needs more than one bag, it was practically falling out the top. Drive-thru was super busy, I placed order and after going up to the window they parked me in curbside. After waiting curbside... for 20 minutes they brought out someone else's food. I told them this wasn't my food they said okay, then never returned and Inever got my food. They seriously ignored me and just stole my money. So no I wouldn't recommend Read more
This has to be the worst McDonald's in Jacksonville perhaps in NC. First of all I don't eat McDonald's but my wife likes the... fish sandwich so I stop for her. Every time I stop at this particular McDonald's I always end up waiting 10 to 20 minutes for afish sandwich!!! Ridiculous. And this day it took me almost 30 minutes!!! So enough is enough I went inside and ask for mymoney back,this doesn't make sense why every time I have to wait while customers before me and after me get there food and Ihave to wait,no more!!! Slow drive thru service then made us wait in parking area. Manager (i think) brought out food and was not friendly or apologetic... at all for the delay or bringing out the wrong drink. Read more

My wife and I have stopped at this location and in the past have usually had to ask for a manager because our order was messed... up. LAST NIGHT was different we had a long day and upon going through drive through we encountered a young man named Jonas whomade our day.
