How incompetent do you have to be to take an order for two 6 piece nugget happy meals one with extra fries the other with apple... slices and then not even put nuggets in one of the boxes, you just put apple slices and fries in one box! Get better employeeswho have brain cells. Always have issues with this location. Such trash. Read more
First they came to the car with the wrong order my tea was unsweetened. It's my understanding that this place is always short... staffed but even after all of that I witnessed a Manager yell at an employee which completely sowered my appetite. Read more
Brought our son here after a fun day out and he loved it! Staff was awesome and food here was good! He played on the play ground... and everything was nice and clean! I'm also wanted to thank the staff person that kindly gave my son some coloring stuffs and acute little stuffed animal..!! Read more
I was here this morning for breakfast. I came to Jacksonville for a wedding, and I visited from Myrtle Beach. We went inside to... order on the kiosk, but the kiosk malfunctioned and wouldn?t process the order. So, I ordered on my phone using the mobile app.My boyfriend and I were sitting at a table, waiting for the order. I glanced at my screen and saw that my order number wasn?t onthe TV that they display the orders on. Mariah, one of the managers, came to my table and asked us if we were waiting onsomething. I let her know that I had placed a mobile order, so we were waiting for it. She went to the kitchen to check on it,and brought it out within a minute. I thought that it was very kind of her to go the extra mile and make sure our order wascomplete. There were no mistakes with our order, the food was great, and Mariah?s attitude really made our day. We hope that shegets some sort of recognition for the way she goes above and beyond, because that?s honestly quite rare these days (I worked ata McDonald?s when I was in high school, so I?m quite familiar!). Very clean large dining room with play area . The tables were cleaned while I was eating. Kiosks are functioning. Food came... fast as ordered. 4 stars not 5 because: was not greeted when I came in and one of the workers reporting for work raced me in toorder at the kiosk. Also my go to McDonald?s is better so I know it can be better. I?ll come back and upgrade if appropriate. Read more
They forgot my nuggets, I left the drive-thru and entered The store just to get them back to only be looked at as if I was lost... and had no business there. Then I get home a few minutes later after leaving and my sandwich is super super cold and extra extraextra extra very salty to the point to where I spit my food out as soon as I tasted it pictures down below. Our burgers were undercooked but employees were apologetic and promptly corrected problem. Even came back to ensure we were... happily. Only problem....how bout we stop treating ketchup packs like gold and not so stingy lol Read more
