This place is dingy as hell for a place that likes to steal peoples money. They will charge you extra for Carmel for instance... and then they will give you the regular amount. Up charge drinks (without asking what size you want) and then when you ask for alarge give you medium fries. Read more
My experiences here are always great period but some of the employees need mind their own business when customers are ordering... and not blurred out their order as if their ordering in excess, it's extremely rude . im ordering for multiple people not justone to assume is absurd to me this is the staff here. And it's not a 1 time thing, this is the 5 occasion its happend to me justby my look. especially when it's of the older generations that are doing this. Read more
We spent $30 on take out and we shouldn't have. They had to remake the nuggets because they were cold. They brought out a second... batch quickly and they were cold. Got home and noticed they barely put any condiments on our burgers and our fries were old,cold, and stale. They tried to tell us the fries were fresh. SMH I know it's fast food but come on. They literally don't eventry and will call you a Karen for wanting the food you paid for fixed. DON'T GO TO THIS MCDONALD'S Read more

Used the mobile app for the first time because of their claim it would be faster. I waited at curbside a minimum of 20 minutes... and watched several cars get served in the drive thru. Order was inaccurate and came out bit by bit, and we still didn't havethe dipping sauce in any of the bags. Should be no surprise as the only time I ever got the dipping sauce is when I ask forextra at the pickup window, and it was not extra because they didn't include it with the order. Food was satisfactory accordingto my grandchildren, so no complaints. I don't eat McDonald's. Read more
Drive thru attendant was rude, wouldn't let you finish speaking. Before responding with a very rude "okay". Got my order wrong... even though I corrected her and said "No, not the spicy one". 8/1/2022 Drive thru got my order wrong again. Waited 15 minutesfor them to fix it and it wasn't even busy. Had to go around drive thru about 2 times and my sister had to go inside because our order was messed up. The manager was doing... everything she could to run everything but it just seemed like a bad night all around. They were short staffed , only had halfthe items and their was something with a communication issue. We were taken care of by the manager but it did take us almost 30mins to get the same food wrong, cold or having to wait for something else. I will be back but I can?t believe this place. Thelast time they forgot my nuggets and drink out my my happy meal. If you come to this location, check your stuff before leavingthe window. Mcdonalds has stepped its game up tremendously over the years but this spot is definitely a hit or miss. much betterduring the day. Read more
DO NOT GO THERE AT 6PM! WORST CREW AND MANAGER EVER! our order # was 202, they started calling out 208 and above. The "manager"... said the system starts bumping orders when there are alot, I wanted my money back, but no, had to wait more for them to give mecold food. That McDonalds sucks! Read more
