Everything was too sweet. It wb the locations fault. I'm sure it's a franchise thing. Clean dining room though.
Placed the online order at 5:32 for a 6:30 pickup. We arrived at 6:34, and we waited and waited and waited. Amongst the many... customers that came and went two families with children came in after us, ordered, paid, ate and left before we got our food.After notifying two separate employees about our order, I stepped into the line and cut off other customers to get my orderfilled. I expressed my extreme frustration with having to wait and then basically get in line in order to get our family mealand appetizers and was told, politely, ?Sorry but you can see that we?re busy?. Great! Thanks! Why bother ordering online ifI?ll have to wait longer, much longer, when I could have walked in and been served and left. Horrible, ridiculous and more thanlikely our last visit. I waited 33 minutes past the pickup time for an online order that was cold by the time we got home (8minutes away). And, I must note that they ?filled? the order and I had to point out and wait for them to verify that I had morethan just the family meal in my order. Clean shop! Food normal good - better than other fast food. Service was OK. Greeted when we walked in. Then servers seemed half... asleep. But definitely glad to be greeted. Read more
Always fast, fresh & friendly! Delicious hot food that is always great - there is nothing no to LOVE about this location, it's... employees and operator!! According to your timing you may find a drive-thru line, due to it's fabulously desireable food - butthat line always moves fast, and the end result is so worth the wait. They are always out of half the items on the menu, drinks or condiments. Found plastic in my food before at this location but i... will be back because this is the one of the best spots we have unfortunately. If you can manage having to scan your food andprepare to expect half of what?s presented, this is your go to spot. Read more
I stopped in around noon placed an order to go, got home to find that the fried rice was under cooked. I went back 10-15 mins... later to advise and replace only the rice. The manager had the cook to temp check the fresh rice to which the cook had to askwhat should the temp be. They of course replaced the rice with "fresh" rice ......It was just as CRUNCHY as the previous order.I give up. Read more
