It is very easy to order here and their food is very good - especially their chicken chipotle flatbread pizza! The only reason I... gave it 4 stars instead of five is because one time, my husband and I ordered charged lemonades off the self-service kiosk andwe had to wait 25 minutes for them to make two drinks that only required them pulling a little lever behind the counter. Theonly reason we ever got the lemonades was because we went and asked the lady working the counter about them and she went backthere herself and made them for us. Listen, It?s 9:15 PM and I just got off my shift thinking there?s no way Panera bread wants to see my face right now because... they are about to close. but let me tell you, when I pulled up to order the sweet lady, Amanda, was the most awesome, friendly,and knowledgeable food service worker I have ever had a conversation with and she filled me with so much energy that I couldhonestly go pull another shift right now! I don?t even like writing reviews because I just want to get home and eat my food inpeace, but I cannot just let this go. What a great team! Highly recommended! I purchased the sip club, which is so worth it if you are close to a location. For like... $10 a month, you get unlimited coffee, tea, soda, and charged lemonades(soooo good!) However, I found that I wasn't gettingthere much at all. I try to stay away from that congested part of town, so it wasn't paying off for me. When I called to cancel,I was unable to for that month, BUT was given a $15 credit. I also still had access to the sip club. I decided to go use thatcredit today, but feared it was expired. They couldn't even find it. No worries! They let me order anyway! I got a Baja Bowlwith chicken and a Mango Yuzu Lemonade. No charge! Both items were delicious, and I was so grateful that the manager stepped upand took care of me! Thank you Panera! Read more
Mediterranean bowl. Too much rice. In ingredient list there is no rice and I ordered first time to try. Than I look ingredients... again closely and rice$quinoa where written below ingredients in very small printing so I needed my glasses to read. I don?t eatrice at all. I can eat quinoa but it was very little quinoa and a lot rice. Very little spring mix, very little of all otheringredients but lots of rice. $10.50 is too much for a rice bowl. I better to take Greek salad for $8. Very dissatisfied. Willnever buy veggie Mediterranean bowl again. Read more
Terrible the chicken sandwich was burnt and the salad was old spoiled lettuce...the nerve to charge $21. For half a sandwich and... half salad with old lettuce. Disturbing on every level. Read more

Good quality food! I don't frequent this location but based on another location I have visited in the past, I'm definitely... choosing this one from now on! It was a bit of a wait on our order but we came on a Sunday afternoon and it seemed like a busytime of day for all of the restaurants in this area. Our 2 children (15&7) had orders with sufficient portions for them. Myhusband and I ordered half a sandwich and a cup of soup which comes with a baguette. There was more than enough food to satisfyour appetite! The price can add up for a family but you have to keep in mind this is good quality food. However they do offerprice options for those of us who care about our physical health as well as our financial health. Either way, you won't bedisappointed here! Read more
