Ordered dinner for take-out last night. 2 large one topping pizzas. Because I participate in their rewards program the piazzas... were only $10. I ordered a pizza for delivery and specifically did NOT check the box that says "leave pizza at door." The delivery driver... apparently did not care and left it at the door without knocking or ringing the bell. My pizza had been sitting outside on myporch for an hour and I had no idea because apparently delivery drivers don't knock on the door anymore?? What is that??? Icalled the store and was placed on hold for 25 minutes. My boyfriend tried to call and he was promptly hung up on. After finallygetting through I was credited with another pizza for the future, but I won't be going here after that. I ordered a med Supreme pizza they said 12 min to 30 min. I was there in 15 min. It was cold. Then when I got home with it mind... you it took 3 min too get home I had a dryed up pepecini looked like some one ate it. When I picked up my pizza the guy thatrang me out walked up too me eating pizza. Chewing away with pizza in his hand and kept eating it as he talked too me. I was nothappy. Ordered through the app - easy peasy. Watched the tracking thing it has and was excited to get my pizza. The app said delivered.... But it didn?t come. I waited and waited (traffic, lost..etc) then finally called. Turns out they got busy and used doordash tohelp with deliveries. Makes sense, but mine never came. Spoke to the manager and told him and he remade my pizza and had itdelivered by one of his drivers, in less than an hour. Yay! I?m a happy girl. The dasher apparently couldn?t find me (Imstaying in a hotel - put all the info in, room # and floor), and left the lobby with my pizza (as told to me by the front deskattendant. My most recent experience has caused me to never use this location again. The delivery person left the pizza on the ground by my... door. I don't know if he knocked or not but at minimum, call me. Ants began to crawl on the outside and my husband stepped on itleaving the house. That's how I knew my pizza was delivered. Also, the last 2 times I've ordered the pizza was not right and thetaste wasn't Papa John's quality that I love so much . Read more
Will change review depending on how this handled. We just received a pizza that is undercooked with the dough still being raw.... Called the location and was greeted with proper customer service, was told I will have to call back because the manager is onbreak, depending on how we are treated, this review may be changed. When ANYONE calls and already knows what they want, it is bothersome to have whomever is on the phone taking the order to keep... mentioning other options or choices such as extra drinks and add-ons. Stick to the conversation and allow whomever is orderingto completely finish saying what they want and simply confirm what they said WITHOUT instantly asking about other things. Also,$34 for two large pizzas is robbery!!!!! Half pepperoni thin crust and a mushroom and ham pizza being PICKED UP shouldn't bemore than $25 period.
