I got pizza delivered for my daughter and her friends. When we received the pizza it looked like someone dropped the pizza and... still delivered it. They wouldn?t eat the pizza because they didn?t trust any of the things that were delivered. I called backand got hung up on. Needless to say,I ended up having to order from Domino?s. I always tip the drivers great and don?t mindpaying for good service, but this was poor service to me. Picture added. Read more

Every time I go here it?s a problem, this time they forgot my cheesy bread. I understand things happen but at least make it... right with your customers when YOU forget their order. They made it like it was such a problem to give me a refund for it anddidn?t. There were 3 women just standing around chatting so it?s not like they were busy. Then on top of it no one seems toknow how to work the register or knew how to do a refund. AWFUL PLACE TO GO ON YOUR LUNCH BREAK! Do not recommend. Left with mypasta, no cheesy bread that I paid for or a complementary one for next time, free drink. Nothing. Terrrible service!!!!!!!! Read more

I am alittle late on this review but I felt I need to give recognition to Tammy, Ripley, and Kanna. I stopped by to pick up one... of their dinner boxes on my way home. When I got there they told me about 20 minutes. I could tell they were very busy andunderstaffed. All together I ended waiting for an additional 15 minutes or so. During that time I was given a complimentary sodacourtesy of Tammy without a second thought. Additionally, Ripley and Kanna were great at keeping me updated on my order andmaintaining communication with me instead of hiding behind the counter. Now this may not seem like a big deal, but this goes toshow a great deal of dedication toward their customer service. Most places would not even bother to maintain any form ofcommunication, leaving the customer to ultimately get upset and aggravated. I eventually received my food and thanked them fortheir service and not make me feel like just another aggravated customer. Read more

They?re understaffed man. They are doing the best they can. Quality service with the minimal staffing they have. Food is... fantastic. If you?re looking for a good work environment APPLY! Read more

I typically order from this restaurant but on this day the pizza hut online forum was having some issues which delayed my order... by almost 2 hours to where we just picked it up ti save them the hassle. This will still be my go to spot , they just don?t havethat many people working there so I understand the delay. I give them 5 stars because they are indeed working hard for pizzalovers like myself. When i went to pick up my pizza. I went inside to the register the guy was less than 5 feet away from me and i guess found it... more interesting to talk on his cell phone than to help the customer. I waited for about 5 minuets and he was still talking onhis cell phone.I then eventually left without my pizza. I ended up just getting a hot and ready from Little Caesars. I called to issue a complaint to the manager for my wings that were not even covered properly and still had batter on them the... manager didn?t even come to the phone. Rude. They said they can make a new batch or give me credit next time. I chose make themagain. Now I regret it because they probably will do stuff to my food now. Never ordering from them again Read more
