An hour after we ordered our pizza the driver called and told us he does not deliver to our area and hung up. We called him back... and he said we have to call the store and cancel. When we called the person at the store said the driver put it down that he hadalready delivered it even though he did not! So because he lied, in order for us to get our money back we have to drive up tothe store and get our refund in cash. Also we have to reorder the pizza. The driver messed up and was rude to us! Been eating at Pizza Hut for a 30 years. At least at this togo store they are more concerned with quantity instead of quality.... We love the Super Supreme pizza, but we are tired of getting half cooked pizza dough. We even called the store to ensure it wascooked, it wasn't. Me and my granddaughter order a large three topping half pepperoni and the other half chicken and onions a order of buffalo... chicken 8 piece. Food was disgusting... breadsticks were warm but hard as a rock. Also, had 7 pieces on pepperoni on an entire pizza. Will no... longer be ordering from Pizza Hut. Quality has gone down within the last couple of years and is not worth the price. Read more

If your going to have a specialty pizza like the Detroit style pizza you should really train your employees on how to make them....
