I made an order at 6pm and was told it would be delivered by 7:01pm. 7:50 comes around and nothing. I called the number to get... an update and got transferred to a line that hung up the call. I called over five times with no way of getting in contact withthe store. When I asked customer service to get in contact with the store for me they said there was nothing they can do. Thelast service representative told me that they would transfer me to a manager and once again the call ended. Incrediblyunhelpful, rude and never delivered my food. Read more
the 3 orders of apple pies we ordered must have been the last in the box because they were all broken and some had no apple pie... stuff in them, they were stuck together and and cracked the order was just undesirable to want to eat and the kids were nothappy, the pizza had to go into the oven and be cooked a little more because it looked like it was not cooked completely, I donot know if there is something wrong with the temperature of the pizza oven that cooks the pizza. If I could I wouldn't give them even a star. I placed my order at 6:20. a hour later, website said it was on its way. At 7:52 I... contacted them to see where our order was due to it still not arriving I was placed on hold as they said they were checking tosee where the delivery driver was at. They expressed 3 times that they were unable to get in contact with the driver but he wason his way. At 8:13 I contacted them again as nobody showed up. I expressed if I could just have a refund and if the drivershowed up. I'd decline the food and have him take it back to the restaurant as I no longer wanted the food due to it being 2hours late and it would be cold.. They expressed they weren't able to give me a refund due to it being a card order it wouldn'treach my acct for 3-5 business days. I expressed I'd be able to go pick up the cash refund. I was placed on hold and when shecame back she expressed that when the driver got back with the food they'd give me my money back. It is now 9:22, I have yet toreceive any order or my money back. I don't know who manages this place but the service was horrible and unprofessional. Ireally just want my money back I spent 48.41$. With them not refunding my money or delivering the food that was ordered at anappropriate time, it is pretty much stealing. Read more
Of the ones I?ve been to in town I?ve found this one to be the best quality and most consistent with its product. Their location... is kind of tucked away from the main spots of Jacksonville but I think it?s worth going to them.
