Friendly staff buuuuut..... Was told that they only have 1 fryer... This means the "bottomless" fries and other items no longer... applied even though advertised multiple times on each side of the menu. You must order at least an appetizer to get some friesand even then you may or may not get a refill depending on how busy it is.... While waiting for our order we heard otherstipulations put on other customers orders of different items... Everything came out cold. $2 for less than two tablespoons ofbeer cheese?? THE BEST BURGER I HAVE EVER HAD. Double bacon fantastic cheeseburger! Stop what you?re doing and get to Red Robin ASAP and get... a burger. This was made by BIG JOHN in the kitchen. The best burger ever! The garlic fries were great as always. The wait staffwas prompt and patient as I didn?t know what I wanted at first. There are several different choices to choose from. Not a bad place. Loved the ambiance. I enjoyed the presentation except for the plastic container the chili came inside in. Food... wasn't bad. I ordered chili with my burger but got fries. They quickly fixed it. The food tasted good. Full of flavor. Thechili tasted like a burger patty but still tasted very good. I think it was. There was a big chunk that looked a hamburgerpatty. I ended up dipping my fries inside. There were two different people brought our food. The server was fantastic and onpoint. She was very nice and polite. We were never out of drinks until near the end. If your going to sit, I recommend a boothwhere all the pictures are located. Read more

My wife ordered online. The app was cool at first because it updated us such as: orders recieved, food being prepped, etc..... According to the timer I arrived just on time for pickup. My wife even texted me saying "you get it yet?". I parked in the pickup spot and called it in. They told me it wasn't ready yet, which wasn't a big deal. And that they would bring it out wheneverour order was ready. Over 45 minutes later there was still no phone call. I walked inside, and I was told it STILL wasn't ready. However, there was a couple of to go bags setting on a desk to the side. Our order was there, so of course after over an hour,and another 20 minute drive home, the food was cold. I thought about microwaving it, but why should I have to in the firstplace? And the guac would get ruined. I love red Robin, but we won't be coming back this one. Read more

Good food. I had the bacon cheeseburger with onion rings and a nice Boston Lager. My wife had the Royal Robin burger with egg... and she loved it. Service was fine. It was a very nice time with the family. Read more

The food was good. The sodas are bottomless if you have the patience or time the wait because our server came to our table 2... times one to bring our drinks and one to bring our food. Other than that the bartender was assistant us. I was alittledisappointed with the salad it was delicious but the main thing should avocado ???? but you only get 4 pieces, the chicken wasvery dry. The burgers are alittle confusing trying to order because they have a lot. They were only 2 other tables besides us. Ikeep giving Red Robin chances because my husband loves their food but I don?t like the customer service and the menus. Read more

Our waitress was OUTSTANDING!!!! She was so friendly and attentive to our needs. We had 2 free birthday burgers and she helped... us split the meal so we could both celebrate together. We left with full bellies and huge smiles on our faces. Delicious food asalways ???? Read more
