I was/am surprised at how much I enjoy this place. I'm not a huge Italian ice fan normally but having the option to mix and... match different custard and Italian ice flavors is really nice. They have lots of topping options and a rotating variety offlavors for their Italian cream ice with the options of vanilla, chocolate or swirl custards prepared in several different waysto your desire. The man that works there is always super nice, always offers our kiddos samples to make sure they... pick a flavor they'll like and is so patient when they take 2948527 years to pick one. Every experience here is a great one. My husband and I religiously visit this location not only for the decadent custard but... also the excellent service. There are so many flavors of Italian ice to try and the custard is to die for. I was excited to get some fresh Italian ice. Their menu advertises that they make their Italian ice ?fresh daily with real... fruit.? I ended up getting a flight with Lemonade, watermelon, and Tropical Island. I was disappointed to hear from the staffthat these are not made from real fruit as advertised. If you just want something to cool you off and like fruit made fromconcentrate, this may satisfy your tastebuds. This did not hit the spot for any of us to be honest, and most of it went in thegarbage. I had a taste of the vanilla custard as well, and it tasted like frozen butter. Positives from this visit was there isplenty of outdoor seating, service was fast, and glad the staff was honest. Even though no one can hide the fake fruit tastefrom these Italian Ice flavors. Similar to all other Rita's in the chain, except no outside order window. There are a multitude of flavors, types of desserts... and sizes. My wife got a large Cotton Candy Gelati made with Cotton Candy Italian Ice blended with Cotton Candy custard. Sheloved it. I got a large Wild Black Cherry Italian Ice. It had bits of black cherries in it and it was full of black cherryflavor. I couldn't tell if they were really wild or not, but I'm okay with that. Great dessert after dinner. Read more

What a cool place. My daughter absolutely loved it and they have a great mix of classic flavors alongside some interesting ones.... The customer service was outstanding and I wasn't offended by them not having a military discount. Read more
