After waiting a long time the food was still cold. I think they made our hot dog and fries immediately and waited for the... chicken tenders to cook. The waiter was terrible. I had some cash to tip him but he was gone so quick while ignoring my requestfor ketchup I just kept the tip. I can enjoy any junk food but it would be nice to get at least a warm hot dog and fries. Thegirl that brought me the correct drink was nice and blamed being slammed but it wasn't that busy. This is the second time withbad service this year. Read more
I was kinda disappointed, in my 38 yrs of life this is my first sonic trip and no one was wearing skates at all. I wanted the... full experience. none of the workers skated. Why have a sonic with no skaters??? Otherwise the food was good, it was made in atimely manner. Read more
Normally i order here after work and today i went to order an hour before closing just to see the guy with attitudes telling the... lady inside that they turn off the ice cream machine. So was the point of saying until 12 if we can't get what we want? Iunderstand 30min or 15minutes before but not an hour. And yes i work in fast food. Read more
Did order Ahead and still waited about 10 minutes for a water and churros. Then my churros didn?t have and cinnamon or sugar.
I ordered a double burger and this is the lettuce and tomatoes i got. I asked for ranch and to add mustard to my burger and... that didn?t happen either. I am not one to normally write reviews but this place needs to have a little more QC on what goes tocustomers. Read more
This is the fastest, friendliest, most correct on orders Sonic in Jacksonville. It is also the oldest Sonic in Jacksonville. It... is a great place to get tasty food really fast "faster than the speed of sound." Unfortunately Sonic has been losing money allover the country, and as a company probably won't last another 10 years. Jacksonville has three Sonics.....hopefully they willopen one in Richlands. I must say I was a bit disappointed unusually so. My diet limeade turned out to be some kind of a red drink. Not sure what it... was. So I ended up having to pitch it out because I didn't know if it was diet. The onion rings have an unusually large amountof oil in the bottom of the onion ring bag all the way to the paper bag. And the ice cream sundae was already melting by thetime it got to the car. I still gave them three stars because like I said this is an unusual thing and everybody has a off day.Hopefully they'll do better next time Read more
