I come here to study often and the environment is great! A select few of the baristas always make sure my drinks come out with... good quality, like Maria, Ms.Kim, Courtney, Jess and Kai! Don?t recommend this one. I had 157 stars to get a free drink, I even showed my mom while in the drive thru line. When I went to... pay it only showed 87 stars and they told me the rest of them happened to expire right when I pulled in. Never heard of thatbefore. They did not want to help me figure out the issue just told me I needed to pay for it. Train for better customer serviceat least. Read more
Placed my order at 1115 and went into the store at the 1127 pickup time. Didn't get my order of one grande PSL until 1150. I... guess I just don't expect it from this store because they usually only take 10-15minutes. They are always busy too so I can'teven blame that. I'm very disappointed by the lack of attention of the baristas to those waiting and lack of critical thinkingof how to manage between the order times and inability to prioritize at a reasonable rate. ????6OCT2022. Hadn't been in a Starbucks for a month. I just felt like stopping by today and the young guy training the young... lady were both sooooo nice!! I appreciate that way more than you know! I usually head to Target Starbucks because they aresweet. Usually when I come here it?s lovely so I decided to drive 30 mins for this one because it?s usually the best one in town. So I... come this morning at 5am, when they upended, and they decided to tell me and 4 others cars that were waiting, that they weren?topening until 530 because they were running late. That is so inconvenient and all they could do was apologize. I can?t wait anyextra 30 mins for y?all to get it together. Please do better. Read more
I love this Starbucks. From the moment you walk in, to the time you leave, everyone is so nice and professional. It?s so nice to... see everyone working as a team to provide service to the customer. The staff didn?t acknowledge you or put a sign on the door saying the inside is closed. Actively ignored me and another customer... even when we lightly tapped on the glass to ask a question. A father walked to the door with his baby in hand and nothing. Weall just walked away. Never left comments on any establishment such as this, there were plenty of employees inside to handle theflow of the customers. *You won?t loose business off of one complaint but I hope at minimum you guys can post closed for diningin or something so people don?t even waste the drive because it?s not only the beverages and food people like but also theenvironment and Wi-Fi if your a student. I also will note there seemed to be lack of diversity maybe that?s why everyone whopulled up walking to the door were so easy to ignore. We didn?t choose to work there, I love Starbucks because usually thestaff is so friendly the woman and man who saw me in their peripheral?s made a choice to ignore and continue changing andconversing in the middle of the dining area, so now I choose not to go back and spread the word. I waited over 25 minutes for my mobile order to pick up in store. I get that there was a rush (through drive-thru. There was... only a couple people inside) but why aren't mobile orders being prioritized? We already paid for our orders. They should be donein a timely manner. I ordered ahead so I could get my order ahead of time and not have to wait so long for my order. Read more
