Very busy establishment. I felt as if the drive-thru customers were a priority over walk-ins. That being said, my order was... short a danish. They are not cheap. When it takes 10 more minutes after the order was supposed to be ready, sure staffing. When you miss on 25% of the order that... clearly says oatmilk, poor training, poor execution. One of the consistent worst Starbucks in the country. The only reason itstays open is the sure volume of orders. Read more
A previous order was made incorrectly, I'm not the greatest with keeping up with those. THEY DIDNT CARE! WITHOUT HESITATION THEY... TOLD ME TO COME AROUND AND THEY WOULD CORRECT IT!! Exceptionally well run Starbucks! ???? I almost gave up on them, opting for many visits to Dunkin over the past months but this... Starbucks shop is way better than many I've visited in the last year. ???? Whoever is running this place knows that customersneed to be treated better than adequately! Great job being friendly ya'll! I don?t leave reviews too often, but I felt like I needed to today. I was helped in café at the register by Lacy (sp?) & Jay.... My dad didn?t know what to get, but asked for something vague as an example & they gave him an option & said if he didn?t likeit, they?d make him something else. That?s something small, but it just felt very much above & beyond to make sure we liked whatwe were getting & they were SO nice! Incredibly friendly staff all around to greet & speak with, had a wonderful experiencetoday. & the drink didn?t need to be changed, it was indeed delicious!
