I ordered an online order and it took almost an hour to get it made. I finally called them after waiting for an hour to ask if... my sandwich was ready yet and they said it?s been ready. I got my sandwich and it was super cold. I got my sandwich toasted soit shouldn?t have been this cold. Nothing but problems out of this subway since December. Will not be a patron of this oneanymore. I Want it to be known this review is for the subway in piney green area in North carolina. Went in to get subs for dinner... employee was working by her self and overloaded on orders. The problem is she wasn't wearing gloves when I arrived and wasmaking subs for online orders. My problem with that was she had missing finger nails (fake ones) on both hands and a bandaid onher left thumb. Thank God she put gloves on before she made my subs. Then when I got home I realized she gave me one of my subsand one of the other orders. Normally I would have just eaten that wrong sub and not say anything but I had just watched hermake that sub with no gloves!!! So in the trash my dinner goes, thanks subway! Read more

Order made wrong. Was told, it wasn't made wrong at first. Subs were mixed up with wrong things put on them. Was told to come... back and they would re-make them, but too far away. While the person I spoke to was nice, and very understanding, Subway has nopolicy to refund online ordered for missing anything; you should do a little better control over when this happens. You're tooexpensive to make these mistakes. To be honest, the food industry on the east coast has major problem with "just read". It's arampant problem in fast food industry. Not much subway wants to do when they mess up. No-body deserves anything for free, butI certainly think subway would do wonders giving people back money for something they didn't get. Just seems like the rightthing to do for people, but we live in 2021 where the "right thing, is hampered by policy, and profit only". I would not recommend this Subway. I purchased 2 foot long sandwiches only which came to $17.87. They had very little meat on... them, mostly bread and I couldn't use the promo code that was suggested in the app. Read more

It?s a shame that the subway that is closest to me has terrible service. I have ordered online three separate times and each... time there is an issue with my order. I placed an order today at 5:05pm and was told it would be ready for pickup at 5:25pm. Iarrived at the store at 5:23pm and was told that my order had not even been started yet. I had to wait until the ONE associatewas done with the current customer and then my food was started. I was finally able to get my food at 5:40pm and there werethree people in line waiting to order their food. Other times I have ordered I selected the new cookies that are listed on thewebsite and when I arrive, I am told that the store does not carry the new cookies. If that?s the case they should not beavailable to select online. You are then forced into picking what they have or elect to get a refund that would be processedthru PayPal (my original payment method). Read more

I have been going to this location for years. But today the manager made my food. One of the sandwiches was completely incorrect... and frankly downright disgusting and was not even edible. The salad I ordered was also only HALF filled. I called to ask aboutit and to get a refund on the one sandwich. The manager REFUSED and told me I would need to return the sandwich to get a refund.When I asked about the salad she said ? I?m sorry that?s the formula we have to use.? Like WHAT?? A salad that?s $7 and changeto be literally HALF the container. I have gone to many subways for YEARS and never had an issue like this. The manager wascompletely rude and unreasonable. Unfortunately I had no way of going up there which is why I got delivery. I was able to sendmy mother and sister who are currently there now returning food for the refund. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! Frankly I think 1star is even being generous! Read more
