I have to say that no one goes to taco bell expecting the food to be wonderful. But the food from this one truly disappointed... me. I ordered a crunch wrap meal and there was about 1/4 teaspoon of meat inside of it. The chips and cheese were pretty muchdumped into the bag upside down. They did manage to produce a decent chicken quesadilla for my girlfriend. I would be moreunderstanding if the line was long or there was a major rush, but there was 3 people in line. Read more
Between the orders I have placed in the app for pick and orders placed at the drive through. This location has constantly not... given me items that I have ordered. Without fail there is always a missing taco or burrito. Normally I wouldn't care but nowthat they have 6+ dollar burritos that I order and am not receiving I'm getting a little tired of it. I have gone through mypast orders in the app and my receipt from early today. We are now at roughly $30 worth of food that I have not been given. Ilove Taco Bell but this is pretty messed up. We were the only 3 people there. The menu is ok. I liked it better when they had Beef burritos, and not having to dissect a... burrito suprem. They really need to hire more people. The drive thru was slammed, and no one was hardly at the counter. It iswhat it is. A hit and miss. Read more
This has to be my all time worst experiance ever at any drive-thru. I paid with my debit card and the trainee cashier charged me... for my order AND the car behind me. I was lucky enough thst i was sent a notification about charges to my account as i waspulling out of taco bell. I pulled back through the drive thru and showed them my web reciept and ended up talking to 5different people before 14 minutes later they finally refunded my money in cash. They implied over and over that i was nottelling the truth and if wanted a refund i needed to produce a reciept from them not the web. I never got because the recieptsstay on the bags and i never said i got his order only paid for it. This is not the first time this or something like it hadhappened to me there. The staff are just awful. Really rude and in no hurry to help you with anything. Best bet is to stay awayfrom those idiots and try somewhere else. Just came through the drive way with a huge order and they forgot two soft tacos. We went back around and not only were they... incredibly sweet about it, the guy making them made us extra ones free of charge because we had to drive back! THAT IS CUSTOMERSERVICE. I wish I had gotten his name. Side note: This is our Taco Bell we go too by our house and we?ve made so many jokesabout how they NEVER MISS ANYTHING! Not once had they missed a food item until today.
