This is the worst Wendy?s I have ever been to. The lady in the drive thru was unbelievably rude and the manger looked like she... could care less. They messed up my food and didn?t give me a receipt so I went back and they printed a random receipt and saidit was mine. This made me never wanna eat at a Wendy?s ever again. Read more
went through the drive through tonight (11/13 at 10 pm) the lady in the window was extremely rude. slammed our drinks down... rolled her eyes at us. forgot the sour cream for the sour cream and chives potato. also forgot our fries and burger. only thingshe got was the chocolate frosty (which was ordered after being told the peppermint was unavailable.. then don?t put it as anoption on the menu). as we grabbed the bag and said thank you she started screaming over us to someone in the parking lot whowas apparently a friend. needless to say. never. again. I came through the drive thru at 7:40, I ordered what was SUPPOSED TO BE four meals? 1 four for four meal, a dave?s double meal... along with a dave?s single meal and a lastly I was supposed to receive a pretzel bun chicken sandwich. Once arrived to mydestination I noticed I received three of my meals correctly but the last one which was the chicken sandwich was incorrect alsonot even in the bag..instead receiving our chicken sandwich we got some burger with blue cheese lumps on it.. which to myknowledge wasn?t even listed on the menu! I would like to point out that my order was read back to me correctly at the firstwindow but I was given no receipt for my order at either window or in any of my bags. When I got to the second window the younglady with the braids was very rude! She shoved all four of my drinks and bags at me at once without saying a word, I had to askher nicely for a carrier and as she kept walking off from the window.. I respectfully would?ve called the store to worksomething out as to if I could just get my sandwich but as I stated there was no receipt given back in either of our four bags..completely unacceptable! You guys are capable of doing a lot better. Read more
Ordered from drive thru ,picked up food and got home order was incorrect. Went back to store,this time I went inside. They were... struggling. Customers backed up. Finally they got to me. I explained to a youg lady what happened. She retook my order and Ifinally left ,still short an order of fries. They distracted me with that and I did not check order, got home order wrongagain. 17 minute wait to place an order inside to eat in. Dining room dirty, tables not clean. Condiment drink counter dirty, no... ketchup dispensers out. Inside trash full. Had to look to find a table which was not dirty. Boy I miss when Wendy's caredabout providing a good meal in a clean, well stocked, welcoming environment. Read more
Wendy?s was well known for having the best salads out of the other fast food chains. Now the salads looks like side salads at... the cost of a full salad. This is very upsetting and can be the cause of losing a lot of customers. Read more
Do not leave the drive thru until you verify everything you ordered is correct. I just got home after ordering 2 sausage EGG AND... CHEESE biscuits. The pic show what I got. This isn't a complicated order AND I used the app! Tried calling and the phone justrings and rings. Read more
Decent food, staff is SOMETIMES friendly. Not the nicest at all. 4 stars for the food.
