Great service, good wings, but come on team. I understand chicken prices have gone up, but pretty sure you pay by weight; I pay... per wing. I got the exact amount of wings I paid for, but you should do better. Out of 15 wings almost a full third were tiny.Profit margins werent changed here, just my decision to continue patronizing. Placed my order online. Called in to make sure they have my order for delivery, the lady confirmed. AN HOUR AND FOURTY MINUTES... go by still no one shows up with my food, no Courtesy phone call, no nothing. I called Wingzone 3 times went to their voicemail,that hasn?t even been set up by the way. On the fourth call a lady answers the phone to inform me they are waiting for two morepeople in my area to place an order then they will deliver food to my area. Excuse me but what?!? Told them not to even botherwith delivering it and refund my money. What a joke! Read more
They never have a delivery driver with base access and when you call to ask if they do, they give you attitude. I have placed... orders with them before knowing they didn't have base access and they always call right when the estimated delivery time is whenI have already been waiting over an hour. It would be nice if they had called to say they did not have base access so I couldknow early instead of waiting over an hour just for them to tell me they can't bring my food. They have also forgotten to giveme my half gallon sweet tea several times I have ordered it or order has arrived incomplete. Read more
We?ve ordered many times at this location in the past. The wings are pretty decent but the price is a little steep for what you... get. But tonight was the last time they get our money. We placed an online order at 5:26pm for delivery?.. got a confirmationemail and the card was charged. Well at 7:20pm, 2 hours later, they called to tell us our order was cancelled due to no deliverydrivers. 2 hours!!! I don?t understand why it took them this long to realize this. I originally rated this place poorly because of bad customer service on a busy night. We have ordered many more times since then... and had great service. I?m super pleased with the food. Their salads are great. Read more
