I was asked if I wanted to leave a tip on card when I paid at the window.. Thats a little forward if you ask me....even if its... because the credit card machine wont let you tip after you receive your food. I declined, and was told to park in the parkinglot for 15 minutes while they prepare my 2 turkey pesto panini sandwiches.. To recap, I spent almost $11 EACH on 2 paninisandwiches, was asked by staff if I wanted to leave a tip, and then asked to wait 15 minutes for my order (from the drive thru,after declining to leave tip, after being asked if I wanted to leave one, at the drive thru window)... 20 minutes later theycame to the car, and gave me a $2 off coupon for the next visit. Today was my 3rd time coming through the drive thru here...itsis like this every time, AND I am asked for a tip everytime as well. I'm a local, and all the other locals (non-'tourists) allhave said the same thing about this place for a couple of years now... Many of us locals here advise our visiting friends andfamily to avoid this place.. Read more

I went to Pony Espresso today I have never been before but I?ve driven past it countless times. I ordered an iced coffee which... was pretty great and I had ordered the chicken bacon ranch wrap. I ordered threw the drive threw and waiting in my car for itfor 30 min it was super messy and soggy and not worth it at all. Will not be going back for food again. Read more

This place is not set up very well to serve breakfast sandwiches and things from the drive-through. And make you go around and... wait in the parking lot. I ordered one breakfast burrito and one coffee. It took 15 minutes. Finally walked in and he said yeahyou?re on the list? strange. Read more
Love the drive thru window. Orders are accurate and they will modify it for you with no fuss. They have gluten free options and... tasty drinks. The fancy grilled cheese is amazing! Breakfast leaves me full and satisfied. Great place, quick, and easy to getto. The outdoor seating is nice. Read more
