Me and my son were waiting for our order when an worker was making extra tea that my son requested to have as a drink, so they... brought out our food and still waiting on our tea, so I went to the counter to ask for ketchup and the famous sauce and while Iwas first in line an older worker by the name of Todd H pushed me aside and took the next person in line order. He didn?t eventry to ask if he could help me or if I need anything. He clearly saw me standing there. And the restaurant wasn?t busy at all.How rude. So I just stepped aside and had to wait about 5 min before another worker could ask me if I needed anything. Justdon?t make it where I and many others stop coming to Jacksonville Tx Chic fil A. The absolute worst Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. At minimum 4 trips I've had issues with them. The managers have refused to... make it right at least 2 times, basically calling me a liar. The last trip I went and ordered a #1 with grilled chicken. 2people argued saying that I have to get#5. Lo and behold they sent the wrong sandwich out 2 different times. So the 3rd time I'mat the counter I explain again I want the#1 with grilled chicken. We can't do that. We have to put #5 add wheat bread, minuscheese add pickles. I said or you could say#1 with grilled chicken... The experience with my hometown chic has made it where Iwent from eating 2x week chic to I will almost not eat there anymore. I've never seen such incompetence at a Chick-fil-A, orsuch rude managers. I've had trouble with dine in and carryout. Got all the way home the sandwich is wrong and the sauces arewrong and they didn't do my drink the way I wanted. Because I didn't turn around and drive back or call it in there's nothingthey can do for me even with receipt. Even with having a day old sandwich that I brought back proving I didn't eat it. Worst CFA I?ve ever been to. I have given them many opportunities and gave a benefit of a doubt, but I have never received a... correct order. I?ve tried inside, drive-thru and DoorDash. It?s always something. Like giving forks with soup. No straws withdrinks. Asking for ketchup but just getting buffalo sauce. It?s all simple things but after getting several orders with nostraws and forks with soup it gets old. I mean really?. Forks with chicken noodle soup. Once is an accident. 3 times is justwild. Love Chic-fil-a and frequent the one in Jacksonville very often since the day they opened thus I am taking the time to write... this note now. The last four times I have visited at least one item has either been wrong or omitted completely, I did not say aword and honestly did not know until arriving at work to open the bag to find the issues. I just went there this morning andtook extra time when placing my order to be very clear and specific and have them repeat my order and then drove around, I wasthe ONLY person in the drive (very unusual) so when the lady brought the bag out I took the time to check it and to my surpriseI was missing one order of hash browns. I had to ask a couple times for someone to come assist me and finally a lady does andwas very defensive and wanted to see the receipt which I gave her, she promptly said "well it is not on the receipt" and walkedaway, I said to her as she walked away "I am happy to pay for it, I just want what I ordered, the lady repeated my order andlisted it so do not get mad at me for asking for it"... she said nothing and there I set and finally she comes back and hands mea bag with hash browns it, still with all the attitude in the world! I asked her, why are you mad at me, the customer for askingfor the proper order and she just stormed away! The food is always awesome. The only problem I have with Chic fil A is that they don't let you get close enough to look at... the menu in the drive through . I hardly eat there and would sometimes like to have something I've never tried before. Noteveryone has eaten at Chic Fil A Read more
The food is always great, and really never had a bad experience with them. With that said, i mist have caught one of the drive... thru attendants having a bad day. It wasnt bad per say, but it wasnt what I was use too as far as customer service. Never theless, everyone is allowed to have a bad day, and this experience will not keep me from continuing eat there. Absolutely terrible!!!! Can?t eat the biscuit or the chicken and the coffee is so strong you can almost cut it with a knife.... Terrible terrible terrible!!! And the chicken is burnt and greasy and old. So sad for such a great name brand place. Read more
