Chili?s would have to go out of the way to get a bad review from me. And since it was my birthday ???? brunch with my own Lecia... Lisa Crew (aunt & bestie) everything was great? well we were freezing on the bar side but they fixed it for a minute. I don?tdrink but I find it fascinating how sitting on the bars side of any Chili?s is like watching the old Cheer?s citcom every singletime, that?s just pure entertainment to me! Read more
New menu is very Deceiving! Ordered a new meal that come with variety over 20.00 to Start with but if you pick the wrong... variety they will charge you 3.00 surcharge 2 times and then some making it 40.00 for that 20.00 meal Seriously Chili's dobetter!! Waitress was wonderful and she had no clue that would happen. She took it to the manager and he said that is how it is.HORRIBLE. We asked to see the menu and in small writing that you won't see somewhere it says BAD BAD way of doing business. Somepeople might not have all that extra money to be tricked outta of so be warned! Just what you expect, food was good but not spectacular. Got the southwest egg rolls, big mouth bites and buffalo chicken... bites and was not disappointed. Excellent service and food was hot and fresh. Read more
It?s Chili?s? set your expectations accordingly. The server was cool and seemed like a good guy. The food was fine. I think... Chili?s and other places like it would be good to market themselves as a solid place for a predictably acceptable meal. Read more

There were 5 tables occupied in the restaurant. We had to ask someone to please take our drink orders. We ordered our meal at... the same time we ordered drinks. They brought our drinks but no straws for kids cups. They brought one entree before ourappetizer (chips and salsa). Then the appetizer came, then the other 2 entrees, one of which was kid?s chicken dippers but theybrought out dry grilled chicken sliders. We sent those back and when they came back out the kitchen had cut up the chicken onthe sliders and again sent it out dry. They call them ?dippers? but no dip. The chicken didn?t taste like chicken or have theconsistency of chicken. My husband tasted of it and said it was awful and we shouldn?t have let our son eat that! Would have thought in a small town you?d have better service but I couldn?t have been more wrong. Sat at the bar & was ignored... except to take my drink order & food order. Never got silver wear for my boneless wings or napkins. The guy next to me happen tosee silver wear that hadn?t been touched & passed it to me. Asked for the Stars GAME 7 to be put on since I am in the DFW area &here on work. Bartender was too busy talking to her coworker & two guys she was somewhat attentive to asked for the game to beput on. Then her coworker proceeded to asked why people wanted hockey on. I see complaints all the time about waitresses notbeing tipped but that?s likely because this is the type of service they get. I only tipped because I had a company card. If itwere my own money I wouldn?t have left a cent. Just pathetic service. Don?t expect much from the younger generation to beginwith & this just proves why. Hopefully when this bartender gets a real job she?ll actually take more pride in it & be useful tothe company. Read more
I gave the Chili?s Grill & Bar located in Jacksonville, Texas a two star rating because the food was really good but the... employees (our server) was terrible. First, she took her own survey after an elderly customer paid with a credit card at hertable. Second we only saw her twice. We had to ask for refills on the chips, we had to ask for refills on the salsa and we hadto ask for refills on our drinks. Finally, I literally had to stand up and wave my hands in the air to get her attention to payour bill. We will NEVER return to this location. Read more
