Food came out fast. The staff was friendly. The dine in area and restrooms were clean.
This McDonald?s located in Jacksonville, Texas deserves zero stars but that isn?t an option on this format. We pulled up in the... drive through and waited for over a minute to place our order. Note - no one else is in the drive through line. Then they had anattitude and started laughing. Then the next one didn?t understand that we ordered and paid for three vanilla ice cream cones.We will never return to this McDonald?s location. I had considerable pushback from person taking my drive in order for a a hot chocolate special request. I requested that the... chocolate syrup be substituted with sugar free vanilla syrup. I told her I hadn't had a problem ordering this at other McDonalds. She finally got a co worker to take my order and the drink was excellent.
