Food came out fast. The staff was friendly. The dine in area and restrooms were clean.
This McDonald?s located in Jacksonville, Texas deserves zero stars but that isn?t an option on this format. We pulled up in the... drive through and waited for over a minute to place our order. Note - no one else is in the drive through line. Then they had anattitude and started laughing. Then the next one didn?t understand that we ordered and paid for three vanilla ice cream cones.We will never return to this McDonald?s location. Every employee at this location needs more training ASAP. We of course do NOTrecommend this location. Read more
I went to drive through and pay for my food then pull up to the next window and they tell me that I need to pull up to the... following window and wait because the food wasn't done and the lady had an attitude she had an attitude still when she come tothe following window with the food and the three large fries that are ordered that were all burnt she then argued with me thatthey weren't burnt and I told her to just give me a refund on everything and she said hold on and 20 minutes later she come backwith other fries it was the absolute worst experience I've had at McDonald's and I haven't been back since Read more
I had considerable pushback from person taking my drive in order for a a hot chocolate special request. I requested that the... chocolate syrup be substituted with sugar free vanilla syrup. I told her I hadn't had a problem ordering this at other McDonalds. She finally got a co worker to take my order and the drink was excellent. I?ve never seen a McDonald?s that was this Dirty. From the kids play place to the dining area to the restroom. Completely... disgusting food on the floors tables haven?t been wiped down no soap on the restrooms. I can only Imagine what the kitchen lookslike. Proceed with caution your sure to get sick from eating at the establishment. Read more
Amazing service, they were extremely busy they have to drive throughs both of them were overflowing out onto the highway they... were so packed, not even joking probably about 50 to 70 cars?..... And then there were a lot of people inside, all the employeeskept their patience very well and they were all seeming to be in a good mood, I told one of them why I was there, I intended onbuying a few meals for a homeless man down the road so they gave me extra Burger and a large fry with a drink for free!!! Not sure why it took so long to get a cup of coffee. But my cousin and I only ordered three things and one of them was coffee.... As we watched other individuals receive their drinks and breakfast out the window behind us I could only wonder ?doesMcDonald?s leave customers at the third drive-through window for 10 minutes for a fresh brewed cup of coffee without informingyou that they?re making it?? We stop by here a handful of times a month and we never have any issues. The drive through gets us out quickly, the staff is... friendly, the food is hot, they're not stingy with sauces. Read more
