Had ordered through Door Dash and spent alot of money doing it. The food was horrible. Chicken tough and not seasoned. Sauces... bland. Had to put it where it belongs the trash. I would appreciate my money being refunded. I am friends with a localrestaurant reviewer with whom I am going to meet up with this week. Told me wait time on Ragoons were 8 mins waited in TX heat for 18 mins. Got home entree was there no Ragoons, so I immediately... drove back. This place needs to close. Consistently they have issues, out of food, closed dining room, etc. Today they had a sign on their... drive through that says "cash only. Credit/debit cards must order inside". So I drove to the front. It's locked. The rudeemployees told me to go to the drive through. Workers were goofing off & they got my order mixed up, for some reason their sodas taste super flat I don?t think they clean... their drink machines, place is very unorganized it seems, manager Elena didn?t bother to help or apologize for the food. Goingto Whataburger next time. Read more
