Sandwiches were very fresh and excellent ingredients

I ordered the Cinnabon. The cashier warmed it up, it looked a little burnt. I sat inside to eat my Cinnabon. It was hard & dry.... I was so disappointed because I was looking forward to a good warm Cinnabon. I would not recommend this Schlotzsky's forCinnabon's. Read more

Just got home with food from Schlotzsky's in Jacksonville, TX. This will be my first & last time going there. I thought it would... be better than the other fast food restaurants in Jacksonville, but unfortunately it's just as disappointing. Avocado sandwichhad a quarter-sized smear of avocado on it. Bowl of soup was 3/4 empty. Would take it back for a refund if it wasn't so faraway. Very disappointed...this is the exact reason that I hardly ever get fast food, but really thought that Schlotsky's wasdifferent. Read more
Did not ring up order correctly. Was told so when receipt was provided. They made it wrong anyway. Remake sill did not have... tomato. When remaking sandwich, the guy tired to take one layer at a time off to salvage the meat. Problem is I cannot havemayo. He saw me watching him and finally threw it away and started a new sandwich. Bread did not meet Sholtzsky's standards(see picture). Missing something in the recipe. Hope corporate sends a mystery shopper. Advice; Go to the Subway down thestreet.
