They apparently can't tell you that their drive threw isn't open and it's always closed! Worst service, lady obviously should be... fired letting me sit in drive threw with my kids and baby and she couldn't even speak over the intercom to tell me! We came to just grab a sandwich on our way home Kenya the very sweet girl behind the counter was so knowledgeable about... everything she answered all our questions and did a great job on our sandwiches. The sandwiches have the taste that they are supposed to have, but they are just poorly constructed. Stuff falls out of these... sandwiches very often. You end up eating more off of your sandwich paper than on your sandwich. And most of the employees justhang out in the back room while you are dining. Read more

Had some coupons so we went to subway. Their drink machine was out of order they wouldn't substitute bottled drinks. I asked if... we could get cookies instead if drinks. Flat out no. Had the sub of the day which was suppose to be $3.50 charged me $5.89.Wouldn't honor the price. Sandwich was horrible. Vegetables weren't fresh and bread was bitter.
