Fast, friendly service. I had the pretzel bacon cheeseburger which was actually quite good. Usually fast food burgers don?t... measure up but check out the pictures, they make it appetizing. Did not ask me if I wanted my receipt and didn't give me my fries with my meal and paid for extra baconator fries. And oh that... just threw bacon on top of the fries. The chicken sandwich was so hard i couldnt eat it.Thanks guys now i have tp pat for twomeals. Read more
Customer service was amazing, but they could honestly improve on their food quality and the freshness of their food. I ordered... an Asiago meal and had to be pulled up and waited almost 10 minutes. My fries were hot and fresh but only filled up half way inthe carton. My spicy asiago sandwich wasn?t even hot and fresh, and was only served with a few pieces of burnt bacon. Having towait almost 10 minutes, I?d at least expect everything to be fresh. I would have done this review on the Wendy?s survey page,but I wasn?t even given my receipt in order to do so. If there were a zero star I would do it. There could be nobody in the Drive-Thru at noon you order they make you pull into a... parking spot and wait for your food to keep their order times down places super slow they don't care how long you wait for asingle burger and fries. Please go somewhere else Read more
This is the WORST place to eat in Jacksonville Texas. I have tried them twice and both times were HORRIBLE. The hamburger buns... were hard, the fries were cold, and the drink machine was the worst. I tried 5 different drinks, but they were all horrible. Ido not recommend this place at all. It was a big waste of money. Read more
This location use to be very consistent and now they are consistent with messing up your order and and sending out food that's... not fresh. I have had enough with this location so no more for me. Read more
The quality was that of a normal Wendy's and the building is really nice and new. It has two unisex bathrooms which is awesome... and they were clean. The person taking our order had no idea what she was doing and seemed afraid to ask questions (like askingfor flavor of frosty, cheese or no cheese, how to put something in on the register right, and she didn't know anything aboutwhat dipping sauces they have besides the names). The music in the building was way too loud and it made it hard to hearanything. There also is very little indoor seating available. It was all clean though and the food came out fast. Read more
I felt as if we had been robbed after leaving here. $30 in the trash. The fries and nuggets were dark brown and tasted of old... grease. Burgers were just barely warm and didn?t taste right and the floor in the dining room and bathrooms were very slipperyand greasy feeling. One of us was in the bathroom a lot after eating here. I advise passing this place up. However, if you?rethe ?slip and fall? type a good lawyer could set you up. Read more
