So explain to me why when I put in a order at 6:45pm to be picked up at 8:30pm I arrive got my food after standing there for 10... mins waiting to be help had to rush back to work due to limited time to eat and my food is dehydrated cold the corn was notedible my wings are cold and over cooked so bad Mt coworker thought it was jerky smh first and last time I'll be goingthere. Why in God's name do I keep giving these people a chance. I get classic wings, they are never seasoned, I only order lemon... pepper, I even try to request extra season, to no avail. My other order was boneless, the new limited edition flavor, the pieceswere so small, smaller than a mcD's chicken nugget. To Go order, the fries weren't wrapped or in a container they were loose,falling all in the bag, as well as the veggie sticks which were so wet they disintegrated the paper they were wrapped in andalso bounced around in the bottom of the bag. Moral of the story, this place is operated by a bunch of kids, they have NO clue.And management obviously doesn't either, they are probably in the same Math class at the High School. My first time eating here. I was pleasantly surprised at the crispness of the wings. Very very good!! I can't eat spicy hot ... foods but the Garlic Parmesan was really good, not spicy hot at all. If you like your wings hot, they have just the choice foryou, the Atomic wings. Read more
I ordered my food at 7 and was told to give them 15 -20 when I arrived about 35 minutes later I was told to give them 30... minutes, A different customer in front of me asked how much longer and she was told she was 5th in place and she had said shehas been waiting over 30 minutes!!!!
