I would give zero stars if I could. I am absolutely disgusted with my order from this restaurant and their policy. We were on... vacation and was looking for somewhere to deliver because it'd gotten late to go out and we were plum exhausted from our day sowe ordered through Door Dash for delivery. My friend took a bite of her hamburger first, and it was pure red inside! It wasliterally only slightly browned on the outside. This isn't just a little raw to finish cooking in the microwave, if we had onein our room, it was completely unsafe. I pulled mine apart to check because there was no way I taking the same bite. My burgerwas the same. We immediately called the restaurant to let them know and to offered to send them the pictures but was told thatsince we ordered through a "third party" app there was nothing they could do. Once it leaves their kitchen they are no longerliable. I couldn't believe that is their policy and the lack of care and concern given. They suggested we call Door Dash, and wedid. Door Dash only gave us a partial refund. Out of a $71 purchase, we were only refunded $14 in Door Dash credit! For twogourmet burger meals! The total order was initially $78, but we were already refunded $7 since they were out of funnelfries. This was an absolute rip off and thievery. The restaurant said they don't get the money. The heck you don't. You getsomething. And how is it legal for Door Dash to keep people's hard-earned money as well? The rest of the order was rubbish aswell. The fries were overcooked and tastes burnt, and my friend's chicken tenders were more like chicken bites that cost $12. Iwill never make a purchase from this place again and will stay away from Door Dash as well! I have never, and hope to never havethis experience again. Man, I can?t even begin to tell y?all how amazing this food is. Got their wings , sweet chili , they were great. I asked my... waiter if they had cheese fries and he said no but he could ask the cook to make some, he did and man that chef threw down. HolyJesus best cheese fries I?ve ever had. We ate here for lunch and it wasn?t busy. It was quite the wait for food, but the burgers were thick, and I know they take a... while to cook. I had a burger with jalapeños and my husband had the burger with the over easy egg. He was upset that the yolkhad been popped when he received it, as that is not the norm for that type of burger. He also did not like the fries and theywere accommodating and replaced them with another side. The fries tasted frozen and overcooked. My burger was bland andcertainly not one of the best I had ever eaten. Staff was nice and the atmosphere was pretty good. Overall, nothing memorable.I?d visit again to give them another chance. Atmosphere is chill. Indoor/outdoor dining. Staff is friendly. Anyone looking for a good draft beer they have a decent... selection. Anastasia island style ipa is like a cross between a brown Ale and ipa. Buffalo chicken tots are excellent. Goodbalance of tots, chicken, bacon and sauce. Sin city burger was decent. A great place to split a huge, pizza pan sized portion of delicious nachos. The chips were deliciously seasoned; in a way that... complimented the seasoning of the beef. All of the veggies and peppers were fresh and the salsa and sour cream were cold. Thewaitresses working there were very friendly to me, my wife, and our dog when we had a lovely snack on their patio. When wearrived, it was just us- though the place was packed soon after with more people who all seemed to be having an honestly goodtime- and everything the waitresses brought to the people looked great.
