Brilliant and perfectly executed concept. I have used GP for intimate catering events and been delighted by the quality and... presentation of the food. His weekly menus are a mainstay of my weekly planning as we always find 2 meals that we order and wemarvel how everything we try is delicious, and we wonder how GP maintains the flavors and quality while preparing food on alarge scale.
